Mission Statement:

Dayspring Performing Arts Training Center (DPATC) offers affordable, first-rate foundational instruction in a caring atmosphere for both recreational and serious performing artists. Our quality technique classes nurture students in dance, drama, music, singing and artistic ministry. Students’ training also includes participation in wholesome annual productions.  Our unique performing arts company (David Company) provides more serious students with added performance and ministry opportunities in both local and worldwide venues.

 Vision Statement:

To be known as a wholesome, nurturing, training center for both recreational and serious performing artists on the east end of Long Island, offering affordable, first-rate technique classes in music, drama, dance, singing and artistic ministry.  Drawing students from the streets to the studio through annual arts camps, and a sponsorship program.  Offering growing artists exciting and meaningful venues to perform and minister through the arts. Making a difference in the lives of young and old through the arts!

      We have a scholarship program. Scholarships are limited and are reserved for serious students who want to be trained for worship dance ministry and teaching. To receive a scholarship, you must fill out an application, write an essay, come in for an interview and agree to adhere to all requirements. Scholarship students also teach classes as part of their training. Those asked to teach are students from upper level classes.
 

  Dayspring 's Sponsorship Program

As a Training Center, Dayspring offers students technique classes in the performing arts as well as performance and ministry opportunities.  It is our desire to make our program available to all who have a desire to study.  However, financial hardship can keep potential students from participating in our classes.  In such cases, Dayspring offers its sponsorship program.  Those requesting a sponsor must meet certain requirements before being reviewed for approval.

 Who can be sponsored?  Those who have a financial need and a desire to train at Dayspring.
How can I receive a sponsorship?  Fill out a Sponsorship Request/Agreement form.
